The plight of asylum seekers have always been talked about on kitchen tables or pubs of of mainstream Australian society since 1990s. Sometimes there is support for the downtrodden or at times outright distaste or hatred  toward these coloured human beings who seek protection under international humanitarian law. ABC Radio National’  Background Briefing exposed this week the dire situation faced  by asylum seekers under the NO ADVANTAGE rule . The rule was after all created by the federal labor government to win back  those racist Australians votes  who will more than likely vote for    a right wing Abbott regime.
