Veteran Defense Lawyer is WA’s top advocate

Very few  lawyers in Western Australia  have made their mark defending all classes and colour of men without any fuss as Mr Tom Percy QC has done for over 40 years. It is not a surprise to see him voted Law Society of WA’s Lawyer of year for 2013.  Law Society WA says that Mr Percy was nominated for his fearless advocacy, significant pro bono work,active promotion for justice, and tireless efforts to demystify the legal process through print media and radio.

Our junior lawyers from the Muslim community also benefited from Mr Percy’s support to undertake work experience at Albert Wolff Chambers. Criminal defense lawyers from our Muslim community look up to Mr Percy’s unselfish quest for promotion of  justice and equality before the law.
